Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your package, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
