What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality materials including 14K gold plating, silver plating, and rhodium. We use lead and nickel-free base metals, accented with glass crystals, cubic zirconia, and faux pearls.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-21 business days depending on the selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray. We recommend storing your jewelry in its original pouch and wiping it with a soft cloth after each wear.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders arrive in our signature Olive & Piper packaging. You can also add a personalized gift message at checkout, which we will include on a branded card inside the box.
